Commission is calculated on the platform subscription payment we have actually received, excluding VAT, discounts, credits, refunds, chargebacks, phone numbers and usage charges for telephony, SMS and AI.
A valid partner link can attribute a new customer for 180 days. If the business creates a verified account during that period, the partner relationship is locked to the account. Standard commission can then be earned on eligible payments for up to 24 months from account attribution.
Commission is validated for 45 days after the eligible payment. Approved balances are paid monthly once they total at least DKK 500. Smaller amounts automatically carry over to the next period.
Yes. You may offer your own services such as analysis, onboarding, prompt design, integrations, training and ongoing operations. You enter those agreements directly with your customer.
Yes. The referral track is for partners who want Dialogklar to handle sales, billing and support. The reseller track is for partners who own the customer relationship, bill the customer and provide first-line support.
No. Referral partnership is free. Extended white-label, custom integrations or an individual reseller agreement may have separate minimum requirements, always agreed in writing.
